I. INTRODUCTION

This shipping policy outlines the delivery process, means, and rates of ekoskein's products.

II. DELIVERY PROVIDERS

Delivery is made by the French Post Office or an external carrier, depending on the specific requirements.

III. DELIVERY TIMES

A. Order Processing Time

ekoskein processes and delivers the order to the carrier within 2 to 6 working days from receipt of payment.

B. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination. The average delivery time is between 2 to 7 days for delivery in France, 4 to 10 days for delivery to the European Union, and other countries bordering France. For delivery to a country outside the European Union, it may take up to 4 to 18 days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and non-contractual.

IV. MEANS OF DELIVERY

Delivery is made with a tracking number, and ekoskein uses the French Post Office or another carrier depending on the type of package (volume, destination, etc.).

V. LIABILITY AND ISSUES

A. Non-Respected Delivery Time

ekoskein is not responsible for a delivery time that is not respected by the carrier, regardless of the reasons. In case of force majeure such as flooding, fire, disturbances, pandemic, total or partial strike, particularly of the postal services and means of transport, ekoskein cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the order.

B. Lack of Address Information

If an order is not delivered or is delayed due to a lack of address information (incorrect address, incorrect country, etc.), the customer is responsible for this, and ekoskein cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery.

D. Professional Relationship

The relationship between ekoskein and its customers is a professional relationship bound by these terms and conditions. As a custom design online store, ekoskein is responsible for ensuring that its online store is compliant with local laws and regulations related to the shipment of products to customers.

E. Compensation

No compensation (refund or reshipment of an order) for non-delivery will be granted by ekoskein unless the loss of the package is recognized by the carrier.

VI. DELIVERY RATES

The delivery rates charged by ekoskein to the customer are available on the website and vary according to the type of product shipped, the number of items contained in an order, and the country of delivery. ekoskein reserves the right to change its delivery rates at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes beforehand.

VII. CUSTOMS FEES

Packages sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees depending on the country of destination. These charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package. ekoskein is not responsible for these costs.

VIII. ORDER TRACKING

ekoskein provides postal tracking information for all orders. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours (in working days) after the order has been shipped to activate the tracking. To access the tracking information, go to your ekoskein account and click on "orders," then on the order's shop, then on "Order details." Finally, click on the follow-up link.

IX. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

ekoskein delivers almost everywhere, except for a few destinations that are not deliverable due to government restrictions or inability to ship. These destinations are Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea. Additionally, ekoskein has removed Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates due to regular difficulties.

Also for the time being, we DO NOT deliver to DOM and TOM french overseas countries: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon NOR to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, and Clipperton.
