We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase from our custom-made product store. Please read our policy for refunds and returns.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. As our products are custom-made and printed on-demand, it is very challenging to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you let us know withing 12 hours of placing the order, we will do our best accommodate your request, but we do not guarantee it. We will gladly help when we can.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at hi@ekoskein.com within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to resolve any problems and ensure that you're happy with your purchase.

Order Change Policy:

The same applies as out Refund policy above. Our production team starts working on your order within the same working day after it's placed, so we appreciate your understanding on this. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hi@ekoskein.com.

International Orders (outside the EEA):

Please be aware that for international orders, you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office to find out more about your country's policies.
